Golden Hour in Grand Forks: Japanese Garden at Sertoma Park

I adore Sertoma Park for many reasons. It’s spacious, peaceful, and easy to make your own unique evening out of it. Whether that’s creating a relaxing evening or more social and intentional, the park has great vibes to do either. To give you some inspiration to work with, head to the park and pick out a relaxing spot near the pond where you can find some grounding and take in your surroundings. Another option if you want to make more of an adventure out of your evening, is booking one of their outdoor shelters for a grill-out, making it easy to gather loved ones to experience an enjoyable golden hour together! Either way it’s a fantastic place to settle in and vibe as golden hour hits and the sky starts to turn golden.

Golden Hour in Grand Forks: Rooftop Dinner – Rhombus Guys Pizza

Rhombus is a go-to spot of mine for many reasons. Inside, it has a relaxed, vibey atmosphere that makes it easy to sit back and stay a while. A small detail I enjoy is the paper-covered tables where you can draw while waiting for your delicious food, it adds a creative touch to your visit! One of the biggest highlights about Rhombus Guys is the rooftop seating, it elevates the whole experience. You get an open view of the sky, which is especially nice during golden hour as the sky starts to transform and glow. Overall, it’s a must see n essential spot in Grand Forks that delivers all the basic golden hour essentials in the best way. Great food, vibes, and views!

Hammocking in a Grand Forks park in the evening time!

Golden Hour in Grand Forks: Turtle River State Park

Turtle River is a short drive from Grand Forks but it is definitely worth it for the experience. It’s a super peaceful place to experience golden hour! If you check out their website you will find a range of activities including camping or booking one of their Woodland Cabins, picnicking, hiking, and more. It’s easy to plan a full day of fun activities or just stop in for a few hours if you want something simple and casual. While you are there, enjoy yourself by the river, take a walk through the trails, or I recommend this as another great area to grill out, alternatively a simple picnic spot!. If you are looking for a place to reset and spend some time reconnecting with nature, visit Turtle River ASAP!

Golden Hour in Grand Forks: Lincoln Drive Park

Lincoln Park is an amazing spotpark featuring activities such as a trail that is wonderful for walking, biking, skateboarding, or rollerblading if you are craving an active experience during golden hour. The park also has a playground for children, a dog park, frisbee golf and plenty of trees making it a great location for hammocking! Ultimately, Lincoln park is a place that can match whatever vibe you want. I hope you enjoy the park as much as I do!

Grand Forks has lots of beautiful locations both in town and nearby to have a joyful golden hour. From local parks to rooftop dinners, there is something for everyone depending on the type of atmosphere you are looking for. Good luck exploring Grand Forks golden hour vibes!
